Ingredients

  • pork chops - 3 pcs. (neck)
  • himalayan salt - by taste
  • black pepper
  • onion - 1 onion
  • garlic - 4 cloves
  • beer - 1/2 cup
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • for the marinade
  • mayonnaise - 1 tbsp.
  • mustard - 1 tsp.

How to make

Wash and dry the pork steaks and put them in a bowl with the mustard and mayonnaise.

Spread them well and leave them to marinate for about an hour. Peel and slice the onion.

Arrange it on the bottom of a baking pan. Add the garlic cloves as they are with the peel.

Place the steaks on top. Season them with salt and black pepper. Pour olive oil and beer into the baking pan.

Tightly put aluminum foil and bake the steaks in a preheated oven at 360°F (180 degrees) for about 90-120 minutes. Remove the foil and bake them further.

The baked pork neck steaks are ready.
