How to make
In a bowl, mix the ketchup, mustard, soy sauce, olive oil, curry powder and half of the white wine. Stir well until a homogeneous marinade is obtained. Season the steaks with salt and black pepper.
Arrange them in a glass pot (by overlapping them, if there is no space). Pour the marinade over them and roll them well in it. Clean and cut the onion into thin crescents.
Arrange the onions between all of the pork chops and on top of them. Cover them with a lid or foil and set them aside for about 1 hour.
When ready, remove the lid, pour the remaining white wine and bake them in the oven at 390°F (200 degrees) for about 40-50 minutes. Serve the pork neck steaks with a garnish, if you like.
