Ingredients

  • pork - 3.5 lb (1.5 kg)
  • soy sauce - 5 tablespoons
  • black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • spices - 1 tablespoon, BBQ spice rub
  • oil - 2 tablespoons
  • salt
  • cumin - 1/3 tsp
  • honey - 1 tablespoon
  • red wine - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • paprika - 1 tablespoon
  • lemon - 1
  • water - 2/5 cup (100 ml)

How to make

Cut the meat into coarse pieces.

Stir together all the remaining products into a homogeneous mixture, then combine with the meat pieces.

Leave the meat in the marinade in the fridge for several hours, then bake in a glass cook pot with the marinade and the water with the lid closed.

Put the pot in a cold oven. Bake the meat for 50-60 min. at 390°F (200 °C). Take the lid off 5-6 min. before taking the pot out to obtain a crispy crust.

Serve with lemon slices.
