How to make
Wash the meat well and dry it with a soft towel. Put it in a glass cooking pot and pour on the marinade made from the above mentioned products. Stir well and leave it under a lid in the fridge for at least 2-3 hours, the longer it stays that way, the better.
Remove it from the refrigerator and put the pot in a cold oven. Turn it to 480°F (250 °C) and bake it until ready, or about 45 minutes. Thus prepared, the dish is spicy and enjoyable to eat.
When putting the pot back in the fridge with the leftovers, it will gel and the result will be a delightful fast food.
