Ingredients

  • pork neck steaks - 6
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • dark beer - 1/2 tin
  • oregano
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp.

How to make

Wash the pork neck steaks and put them in a baking dish. Salt evenly on both sides. Put the spices and drizzle with olive oil.

Pour the beer, being careful not to pour over the top, as this will prevent the spices from sticking to the meat.

Close the tray tightly with aluminum foil and place in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C).

Stew the steaks for an hour and a half. Remove foil and bake on top for 10 minutes if desired.

Remove and serve warm with your desired garnish. These are my stewed pork steaks - delicious and easy to make.
