  • rice - 2 cups
  • carrots - 2 pcs.
  • salt - by taste
  • black pepper
  • butter

How to make

The meat is minced into pieces and boiled for about 1 hour.

Put oil in a baking pan to heat up, add the washed rice and lightly fry it.

Add the salt and black pepper. Arrange the boiled meat in the baking pan, grate the carrots and add lumps of butter.
