How to make
Clean and wash the pork legs well beforehand.
Place them in a pot and pour them with cold water and boil them for about 2 hours or until the meat begins to fall off the bone.
When ready, take them out and clean all of the bones from the meat.
Finely chop the onion and the pre-cleaned mushrooms into thin slices.
Heat the oil at a moderate temperature on a heated hob in a deep frying pan.
Fry the onions for about 2 minutes and add the mushrooms. Fry for about 8 minutes, while stirring occasionally. Add the rice and season with black pepper.
If you use broth cubes, do not add salt, as the broth will be salty enough. Mix well and add 2 ladles of the broth.
Cook until the rice absorbs the broth.
Prepare a baking pan. Pour the rice with the remaining broth into it.
Distributing the pork legs meat everywhere.
Bake the dish in the oven at 360°F (180°C) for about 40 minutes in the oven or until the rice is fully cooked and absorbs the broth.
Serve the oven-baked pork legs with rice and if desired you can sprinkle the dish with spicy mixed herbs and salt.
