How to make
Tear up the cauliflower into small florets and wash well. Stew it in salted water, to which you've added the oil. When the cauliflower stews, remove and drain it.
Beat the yoghurt and put the crushed garlic in it. While still warm, pour the yoghurt over the cauliflower. On top, sprinkle it with black pepper, paprika and finely chopped parsley.
