How to make
Cut the bacon into thin pieces. Sprinkle them with curry and stir them to flavor evenly. Heat a few drops of oil in a Teflon pan and sauté the bacon pieces until they change color.
Clean the lettuce, dry it, and shred it in a large bowl. Mix it with the sliced garlic, salt, pepper, a little olive oil or oil and lemon juice.
Distribute the lettuce into bowls, put sautéed bacon on top and sprinkle it with croutons and grated cheese (parmesan).
