How to make
Wash the lettuce well and then rip it into small pieces. Heat oil in a pan and fry the lightly beaten eggs under a lid. Cut the bread into small cubes, put them in a pot and season them with a mix of the spices. Add some oil.
Put the lid on the container and shake it vigorously to season them evenly. Put it on a hot stove and allow the croutons to braise for a time, stirring several times. Distribute the eggs in equal parts in 2 deep plates, as a base.
Top with green salad and croutons. Sprinkle it with salt, lemon juice and vinegar.
