How to make
Mix all the ingredients for the vinaigrette, mix them well and leave them for 10 minutes in the refrigerator. Crush the garlic clove and rub the inside of a large bowl with it.
Cut the vegetables and pour the vinaigrette over them.
Cut bread slices into small cubes, put them in a tray, sprinkle them with spices and a little olive oil and mix them well.
Bake the croutons for 5-10 minutes in a preheated 390°F (200 degree) oven until they turn golden brown.
Serve the croutons in a separate bowl when serving, otherwise if you put them in the salad, they will soften from the vinaigrette.
That way they will be delicious and crunchy when consumed.
