  • potatoes - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • eggs - 10 pcs.
  • olives - 10.5 oz (300 g) pitted
  • marinated peppers - 4 pcs.
  • mayonnaise - 7 oz (200 g)
  • salt
  • black pepper - by taste

How to make

Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them into small cubes and boil them in salted water.

The eggs are boiled, peeled and also cut into small cubes.

Cut the olives into thin circles and the peppers into cubes.

Mix all of the ingredients well, season them with salt and black pepper, add the mayonnaise and stir again.

The potato salad is served garnished with whole olives.
