  • bacon - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • peas - 1 cup (canned)
  • yellow cheese - 2.1 oz (60 g)
  • spring onions - 4 stalks
  • salt
  • ground black pepper - 3 pinches
  • mayonnaise - 3.5 oz (100 g)

How to make

The eggs are boiled, peeled and cut into cubes.

The diced bacon and yellow cheese are also added to them.

Add the canned peas and the cleaned and finely chopped spring onion.

The appetizing egg salad is seasoned with as much salt as you like and a little ground black pepper, after which the salad is mixed with mayonnaise.

Serve the egg salad with bacon and peas chilled.
