How to make
Put the peeled carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, turkey leg and broth in a liter and a half of water, in a deep pot.
When it cooks, remove the leg and leave it to cool. Once it has cooled, debone the meat and place it back into the pot.
Add the apple cider vinegar, curry powder and garlic powder and boil the delicious turkey soup for a few more minutes. Towards the end, sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley.
Optionally, you can add salt and black pepper to the broccoli soup.
Boil for another five minutes and the cauliflower and broccoli soup with turkey leg is ready to be served.
