Ingredients

  • bulgur - 2 cups (boiled)
  • parsley - 2 - 3 stalks
  • red onion - 1/2 pc.
  • tomatoes - 1/2 pc.
  • lemon juice - 1/5 cup
  • almonds - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • olive oil - 1/4 cup
  • salt - by taste
  • black pepper - by taste
  • spring onions - 1 stalk

How to make

In a large salad bowl, mix the parsley and onion along with the cooked bulgur.

Mix the lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil and season well.

The tomatoes and onions cut into cubes and are mixed with the bulgur salad. Sprinkle with almonds.

This bulgur salad, similar to tabbouleh, goes great with fish or lamb.
