How to make
Strain the canned black beans and corn and place them in a salad bowl along with the cleaned and chopped red peppers.
Clean the red onion, cut it into small pieces and add it to the bowl.
Add the finely chopped parsley and mix.
The bean salad is seasoned with salt, olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon.
Stir again, refrigerate to chill and the bean salad is ready to be served.
