How to make
Put the walnuts, garlic, spices, oil and vinegar in a blender and grind them.
Add some water and blend until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Flavor with salt and black pepper.
Cut the vegetables and mix the vegetable salad.
Add walnut sauce and gently stir.
Add chopped walnuts if desired.
