"The Georgian vegan salad is very tasty and easy to prepare."

Ingredients

  • tomatoes - 2
  • cucumbers - 1
  • peppers - 2
  • red onion - 1/2 onion
  • spinach - a handful
  • parsley - 3 stems
  • walnuts - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • khmeli suneli - 1/2 tsp. (seasoning)
  • coriander - 1/2 tsp.
  • oil - 5 tbsp.
  • wine vinegar - 2 tbsp.
  • water - about 2 tbsp (30 ml)
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

Put the walnuts, garlic, spices, oil and vinegar in a blender and grind them.

Add some water and blend until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
