How to make
Knead a soft dough from the listed products, grease it and leave it in a warm place for 1 hour.
Boil the potatoes, then leave them to cool, grate them along with the mozzarella, add a little butter and season with salt and black pepper.
Divide the dough into 3 parts, stretch it out with greased hands to make a circle.
In the middle, put the stuffing in the shape of a ball.
Begin to gather the edges of the dough towards the middle.
Turn it carefully with the hole facing down - with your palms, start to spread the stuffing from the middle to the edges, until a flatbread is obtained.
Bake the Georgian Flatbread with Potatoes at 460°F (240°C) for 15 minutes in a preheated oven.
