  • brown field mushrooms - 10 pcs.
  • broccoli - 6 - 7 pcs.
  • mozzarella - 5 tbsp.
  • spring onions - 2 tbsp.
  • parmesan - 1 tbsp.
  • salt

How to make

Clean the mushrooms and remove the stumps. Finely chop the broccoli and onions.

The mozzarella is grated. The products are mixed and seasoned with salt and black pepper.

The mushrooms are arranged in a tray and filled with the stuffing.

Each stuffed mushroom is sprinkled with parmesan. Bake in an oven at 360°F (180°C) for about 30 minutes.
