How to make
Remove the broccoli from the freezer and put them to saute in olive oil. In parallel, in a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients, and finely chopped garlic.
Shortly before the broccoli is ready, add the mozzarella and stir gently. Dip the sauteed broccoli in cold water, then drain it.
Serve on a large plate or bowl, distribute broccoli and cover it with the marinade. Stir well and serve cooled.
