How to make
Wash and chop the broccoli and stew them in salted boiling water for ten minutes.
The quinoa is boiled for 15-20 minutes, until the grains crack and quadruple in volume.
Mix the broccoli, lightly mashed and the quinoa and grate or chop the cheese, so that it can melt from the heat.
Add spices of your choice and olive oil. Serve them with sour cream and butter if you like.
The broccoli with quinoa and mozzarella are ready.
