How to make
Spread out the puff pastry and lightly roll it out.
Defrost the broccoli. Cut the puff pastry into eight squares.
Put a piece of mozzarella, a piece of processed cheese and a piece of broccoli on each square.
Fold the opposite ends and pinch them.
Coat the surface of the puff pastry with a beaten egg and arrange them in a tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake them in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 degrees) until they aquire a golden brown color.
The broccoli and mozzarella puff pastries are ready.
