How to make
Sift the cocoa, oat flour and baking powder, mix well and add date paste (*made of dates soaked in hot water for about 20 minutes and blended; if you don't feel like blending, you can soak them in hot water for 20 minutes and mash them with a fork, until they turn into a paste) and the milk.
Mix very well and if it gets too sticky, add a little milk.
Heat the oven to 390°F (200°C).
In a muffin mold (silicone or metal), put 1 tbsp. of the mixture and the chocolate candy in the middle.
If you want homemade chocolates, you can make your own. Mix 1 tsp. of coconut oil, 1 tsp. cocoa and 1 tsp. liquid sweetener. Freeze it for 20 minutes and shape it into a ball.
Above it we put another 1 tbsp. of mixture and so on, until you run out of the chocolate souffle mixture.
Bake for about 20 minutes in a heated oven.
You can serve the healthy chocolate souffle with ice cream - it turns out amazing!
