  • pears - 2 pcs. (large)
  • butter - 4 tsp.
  • sugar - 4 tsp.
  • vanilla powder - 1 packet (0.2 g) or essence
  • cinnamon - a few pinches

How to make

The pears are washed and cut in half lengthwise. They are cleaned from the seeds and core.

Grease a non-stick baking pan with butter. Arrange the pears in the baking pan with the cut side up.

Put a pinch of cinnamon, a pinch of vanilla, a teaspoon of sugar and a teaspoon of butter into each pear.

Place the baking pan in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for about 20-25 minutes.

The baked pears are served with the separated sauce.
