How to make
Like any cheese dish, this one is extremely delicious! Cut the chicken breasts into large and thick juliennes.
Grill them on the grill pan. After that, season them with black pepper, salt and drizzle them with olive oil. Pour the cream into a large pan.
Add the sliced Gorgonzola and Brie. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
Stir the sauce, until the cheeses have melted.
Pour half of the sauce into a baking pan. Arrange the grilled meat on it. Drizzle with the remaining sauce.
Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and small pear pieces. Garnish with a few pear slices.
Bake the chicken with cheese for 20 minutes in a preheated oven with a fan.
