How to make
I put the chicken drumsticks in a pot of water and removed the foam. At the moment of boiling, I leave them for 5 minutes, so that the foam can separate.
I fried the finely chopped onion and garlic in the oil. I added cleaned and washed (in several waters) rice.
I stirred constantly, until the rice is sealed, so it won't stick together during cooking.
I added warm water, until the rice was covered and left it for 5-6 minutes.
The cleaned, chopped and washed mushrooms are added to the dish.
Taste it and add more water and leave it for another 5 minutes, until the liquid is absorbed. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
The rice prepared in this way is transferred to a baking pan with a diameter of 11″ (28 cm) and the drumsticks are arranged on it.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake the rice in an oven heated to 360°F (180°C) for 30 minutes.
The oven-baked chicken with rice and mushrooms is ready.
