How to make
Tenderize the chicken lightly and season it well with salt, black pepper and white pepper. Heat oil in a pan and fry the steaks evenly on both sides. Take them out and add some more oil.
Fry the chopped leeks and grated carrot and season them with spices. In a glass cooking pot with a lid, place a bed of fried vegetables. Arrange the steaks and add the wine. Distribute slices of processed or smoked cheese on them. Lavishly sprinkle with grated cheese, parmesan and cheddar.
Put the lid on the pot and put it to bake for 15 minutes in a highly heated oven. Then remove the lid, reduce the oven and bake finished to a light tan.
