How to make
Wash and dry the prepared steaks, then tenderize them with a mallet. Mix them with the listed spices or other aromatic herbs and leave them to take in their fragrance.
Cook them well on a grill on both sides and then sprinkle with the grated cheeses right away. Arrange them in a container and close it with a lid, so the cheeses melt.
If you'd rather have the cheeses baked you can put the dish in a preheated oven for several min. Sprinkle the cooked steaks with chopped parsley and serve.
