Ingredients

  • rigatoni - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • eggs - 5 pcs. (XL)
  • milk - 2 cups (500 ml) full fat
  • sugar - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • butter - 2.5 oz (70 g)
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • parmesan - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • gouda - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • mozzarella - 4.6 oz (130 g)
  • emmental - 4.6 oz (130 g)

How to make

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package. Strain and leave it to cool, by drizzling it lightly with fat just in case, so it doesn't stick.

Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and add the sugar and milk.

Cut the parmesan, gouda and mozzarella into small cubes and put them in the milk-egg mixture. Stir well.

Pour the rigatoni into a suitable baking pan and put half of the butter in pieces between them. Pour the prepared mixture and add the remaining butter.

Sprinkle with the grated Emmental and bake at 180°C in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until a golden brown color is obtained.

A great suggestion for breakfast or dessert! The combination of cheeses is irresistible and different from the classic oven-baked macaroni we know.
