  • yeast - 1 1/3 tsp (7 g), dried
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 1 1/2 cups (375 g)
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp
  • water - 4/5 cup (180 ml) warm
  • for the toppings
  • mozzarella - 2 oz (60 g)
  • blue cheese - 2 oz (60 g)
  • gouda - 2 oz (60 g)
  • goat cheese - 2 oz (60 g)
  • tomato paste - 1 jar
  • basil
  • black pepper

How to make

Combine the yeast, sugar and salt in a small container. Pour in the listed amount of warm water and leave the mixture at room temperature for 15 min.

In a suitable large container, combine the flour, olive oil and bubbling yeast. Knead a dough and form it into a ball.

Leave it in a warm area for 1 hour until it doubles in size. Roll out the risen dough and transfer it to an oiled tray.

Form a crust along the edges. Sprinkle the dough lightly with olive oil and cover it with tomato paste.

Bake briefly in a preheated oven. Then add the finely chopped cheeses.

Return it to the oven for 15 or so min. Shortly before taking it out, sprinkle it with spices.
