Ingredients

  • for the dough
  • flour - 3 cups
  • dry yeast - 1 sachet (package of 10 g)
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp. (20 ml) or oil
  • salt - 1 tsp. (5 g)
  • sugar - 1 tsp. (10 g)
  • water - 4/5 cup (200 ml) lukewarm
  • for garnish
  • tomato puree - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • pesto - 1 tbsp.
  • garlic
  • basil
  • oregano - etc. (spices of choice)

How to make

Dissolve the yeast and sugar in some of the water. Sift the flour and make a well in it. Add salt, olive oil, the rest of the water and the yeast mixture.

Knead into a medium soft dough and leave it to rise. It takes between an hour or two for it to double in size.

Grease your hands with olive oil and roll out half of the dough, by pressing lightly directly into the baking pan, until a thin and even circle is obtained (up to the walls of the pizza pan).

From this dough, 2 medium-sized pizzas are obtained.

You can use this base for any pizza, which you can garnish as you like.

In this case, I added 4 types of cheese - quantities that I had in the fridge / white brined cheese, yellow cheese, soft French cheese (Brie) and blue cheese /.

The homemade pizza with cheeses is ready.
