  • flour - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • fresh yeast - 0.7 oz (21 g) or 1/2 cube
  • soda - 1/2 tsp.
  • potatoes - 2 pcs. medium - sized (boiled)
  • salt - 1/2 tsp.
  • oil - 1/2 cup
  • sugar - 1 tsp.
  • water - 1 medium - sized bowl of lukewarm water
  • tomato sauce
  • ham
  • processed cheese
  • yellow cheese
  • red peppers - 1 pc.

How to make

The yeast with a little water and sugar is mixed and covered and left to activate.

Once the potatoes are boiled they are coarsely grated and added to the batter.

Knead everything, until a not too soft, but not too hard dough is obtained.

Leave it for 20 minutes to soften and roll it out. If desired, the edges can be rolled up as a decoration for the pizza.
