How to make
The yeast with a little water and sugar is mixed and covered and left to activate.
Once the potatoes are boiled they are coarsely grated and added to the batter.
Knead everything, until a not too soft, but not too hard dough is obtained.
Leave it for 20 minutes to soften and roll it out. If desired, the edges can be rolled up as a decoration for the pizza.
Place it in a round large flat tray onto kitchen paper and bake it in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) with a fan and the lower resistor wire on.
Add ingredients of choice.
The homemade pizza with boiled potato base is ready.
