Ingredients

  • sweet potatoes - 2 pcs.
  • bread - 5 slices
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • samardala - 1 tbsp.
  • corn semolina - 2 tbsp.
  • oil
  • mustard - 1 tbsp.
  • tomatoes - 1 large pc.
  • onion - 1 onion
  • green peppers - 1 large pc.
  • sweet barbecue sauce

How to make

The sweet potatoes are peeled and washed. They are cut into smaller pieces to cook faster. Put them in a small pot. They are covered with water and boiled, until they're fully cooked.

The bread is soaked with a little water - just enough to soften it and turn into a puree.

The boiled sweet potatoes are strained and mashed. The soaked bread is added to them, having previously squeezed it.

The garlic is peeled and pressed. Add the garlic and samardala (mine is salty). Add the corn semolina. All of the ingredients are mashed well.

Prepare a baking pan with baking paper. A good amount of oil is added.

Spread out the flourless pizza base mixture over the bottom of the baking pan. Spread the base with a thin layer of mustard. More can be added if you like.

The tomato is washed and cut into cubes. They are sprinkled on the potato base.

The onion is cleaned and cut into cubes. It is sprinkled. The pepper is washed and cleaned. It is also cut into cubes and sprinkled.

If desired, other products such as corn and olives can be added according to your taste. Bake, until the vegetables are cooked through - about an hour.
