measures

How to make

Oven - 390°F (200°C)

Flat tray, covered with baking paper.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Both types of peppers are cut into very thin strips.

Peel the potatoes. Grate them on a coarse grater. Transfer them onto a household towel and squeeze them as much as possible.

Transfer them into a large bowl and add the cheese, olive oil, egg, salt and freshly ground black pepper. Mix well.

Pour the mixture over the paper in the baking tray. It is formed in a circle with a diameter of about 30 cm.

Bake at 390°F (200°C) for about 25-30 minutes or until the edges aquire a golden color. Immediately take it out and scatter the shredded mozzarella, sausage slices (but not close to each other), scatter cherry tomatoes (cut in halves), scatter peppers between them (cut into very thin slices) and sprinkle with basil and oregano.

Optionally, the pizza is sprinkled with pepperoni for a slightly more spicy taste.

Bake for another 10-15 minutes.

The recipe is for pizza with potato base, but here the potatoes are raw. Lightly bake them in a high heated oven, then add the remaining products. The result is a very tasty and fresh pizza, a little different from the others with dough and a little healthier.
