How to make
Dissolve the yeast in the water along with the sugar. Sift the flour with the salt.
Pour the yeast and olive oil. Knead a soft dough. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into two parts. Spread out them in greased trays. Spread them with tomato puree and sprinkle with the spices.
Distribute the cheeses and chopped olives.
Let the pizza rise for 10-15 minutes and bake at 390°F (200°C) for 20 minutes.
