  • tomato paste - 3 - 4 tablespoons
  • garlic - 5 - 6 cloves
  • olives - 20
  • oil - 3 tablespoons
  • cheese - 7 oz (200 g)

How to make

Knead a dough, leave it to rise for 1 hour, knead it again and roll out a round crust. Put it into a buttered baking tray. Smear it with tomato paste, add the roundly sliced onions, pre-fried in the oil with the crushed garlic cloves.
