Ingredients

  • pears - approximately 11 oz (310 g) cleaned
  • honey - 0.7 oz (20 g)
  • walnuts - 0.35 oz (10 g)
  • raisins - 0.35 oz (10 g)
  • cinnamon - for sprinkling

How to make

Wash the pears and cut them in half lengthwise.

Using a spoon, clean the seeds, by making a small hole.

Add honey, walnuts and raisins in each hole and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bake the pears in a tray onto baking paper in an oven preheated to 390°F (200°C) for approximately 25 minutes.
