How to make
Peel the pears and divide them in half. In a, saucepan pour in the wine, sugar, cinnamon and add the pears. Boil until the pears are a red color, like the wine. Take them out and cool them.
With a spoon, carve them. To the wine sauce, add raisins, pine nuts and vanilla. Let the sauce boil for 5 min.
The pear halves are arranged in a suitable container, then filled with raisins and nuts, sprinkled with chopped almonds and then covered with the wine sauce.
