How to make
Peel the pumpkin and cut it into large pieces. Place the pieces in a suitable oven dish and pour the milk and 1 cup of water over them.
Bake the dessert in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven until half the liquid evaporates.
Take the oven dish out and put a little honey and walnuts onto each pumpkin piece. Sprinkle with cinnamon and raisins and return to the oven. Bake until the walnuts get a nice crisp.
