How to make
Cut the pumpkin in 2, remove the seeds.
Clean all the fruits and chop them into a deep bowl, while stirring. Season with cinnamon and cloves.
Put the pieces of pumpkin in a deep bowl with the cut side facing up, fill them with the mixture of fruits, pour on the cognac and honey, then pour water to cover them halfway.
Cover the tray with foil and put to bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven.
Bake 90 min. and remove the foil for the final 15 min. in order for the pumpkin to gain a golden crust.
