How to make
In a bowl, mix the semolina with sugar and yogurt, mix and leave the mixture for 10 minutes.
Add the cottage cheese and eggs and mix well, until a smooth mixture is obtained.
Add the mixed and sifted flour and baking powder and mix. Grease a small baking pan with a little oil, pour the mixture and level it out.
Place the baking pan in an oven preheated to 360°F (180°C) and bake for about 50 minutes.
Leave the cake to cool completely and slice it. Serve it drizzled with 1 tbsp. of condensed milk or with 1 tbsp. of your favorite jam.
