How to make
Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Beat the egg whites into snow.
Beat the yolks and all other products with a mixer until you get a thick homogeneous mixture. Smear a tray with oil and sprinkle it with flour. Place the beaten egg whites on the bottom.
Place the dough on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 320°F (160 °C) for about 1 1/2 hours on moderate heat, until it becomes brownish in color.
