Ingredients

  • cottage cheese - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • eggs - 4, large, from a local hen
  • sugar - 1/2 cup
  • vanilla sugar - 2 tsp
  • semolina - 6 tablespoons + 2 tablespoons for the form
  • baking powder - 1 packet
  • sour cream - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • raisins - 1/3 cup (80 g)

How to make

Prepare a baking form by greasing it well and sprinkling it with 2 tablespoons of the semolina. Preheat the oven to 390°F (200 °C).

Beat the cottage cheese in a bowl with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the eggs one at a time while continuously beating. Having beaten them well, successively add the semolina, baking powder, sour cream and finally - mix with the raisins.

Put the resulting mixture into the prepared form and put the cake with cottage cheese and raisins to bake for about 45 minutes. Serve this cottage cheese cake warm or cold.
