How to make
Peel the vegetables, cut the zucchini, the potato and the peppers into cubes, the carrot into crescents.
In a deep wok pan, heat the oil and add the zucchini first and season with 1 teaspoon of salt. Fry for 5 minutes, then add all the remaining vegetables. Fry them covered with a lid for 15 minutes on moderately high heat.
After 15 minutes, add 300 ml of water, the spices, the remaining salt, finely chopped garlic and dill - chopped into smaller sprigs.
Leave the curry to boil on a moderate heat for another 20 minutes. After this time, check the potatoes with a fork, if they are soft, remove them from the heat.
The vegetables with curry can be served on their own or with macaroni and pasta.
