How to make
Wash the zucchini well and cut off the ends. Cut them lengthwise (not too thin or too thick).
Arrange them in a suitable oven dish and salt them. Sprinkle lightly with oil or olive oil.
Finely chop the dill, parsley and garlic. You can also mash the garlic if you'd like. Pour them over the zucchini and let them sit with the spices about an hour.
Grill the zucchini pieces on both sides on a heated grill. Or cook them on a grill pan. Serve with a suitable sauce or other grilled vegetables.
