Clean the vegetables. Cut them into circles and strips.
Soak the eggplant for 20 minutes in salted water, then rinse it.
Put the vegetables in a bowl, salt them and marinate them with olive oil.
Heat the grill and roast the vegetables on both sides.
The roasted vegetables are then sprinkle with dill and garlic.
Drizzle them with the mushroom marinade and pour the marinated mushrooms on top.
