  • flour - 2/3 cup (150 g)

  • butter - 2 2/3 tbsp (40 g)

How to make

Knead a soft dough from the products for it and leave it to sit for 30 min. Heat the oven to 430°F (220 °C) and roll out the dough onto a lightly floured surface. Cut out 6 circles 6″ (15 cm) in diameter and place them in a buttered tray.

Cut the onion, chili pepper and garlic thinly. Cut the larger mushrooms, keep the smaller ones whole. Heat the butter and braise the onion, chili pepper and garlic lightly.

Add the mushrooms and braise another 5 min. Sprinkle with parsley. Distribute the mushroom mixture onto the circles, place the chopped mozzarella on top and bake 12-15 min.
