"We decided that it would not be enough just to saute the potatoes, so we added mushrooms and garlic"

  • canned mushrooms - 1.1 lb (500 g)

How to make

Pick potatoes, that have been picked recently.

Clean them with a brush under running water, so that you don't have to peel them. Cut them into large cubes and fry them in olive oil over low heat.

Add the mushrooms and stir. After 3-4 minutes, pour the wine, in which you need to have previously dissolved the broth.

Stir and let the dish simmer over low heat until the wine is absorbed by the products.

Five minutes before removing them from the heat, sprinkle the sauteed potatoes with chopped garlic and dill.
