"No matter what anyone tells us, we are of the opinion that these are the most delicious new potatoes that one can try"

Ingredients

  • potatoes - 1.1 lb (500 g) new potatoes
  • dill - 1/2 sprig
  • garlic - 4 cloves
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • black pepper - 1/2 pinch
  • butter - 1.75 oz (50 g)
measures

How to make

The potatoes are washed and peeled, if they are very small, you do not need to peel them, because the skin of new potatoes is very fragile.

Then put the potatoes in a deep saucepan and boil them in salted water.

They should not be too cooked, just slightly softened or simply put - half-cooked. Once the potatoes are ready, strain them and cut them into large cubes, if necessary.

Put the butter in a deep pan and when it melts, add the potatoes and stir.

Fry the potatoes until their skin is golden.

Once the potatoes have reached this color, remove the pan from the heat and season with salt, pepper, chopped dill, and mashed garlic.

Mix the sauteed potatoes well.

Serve the sauteed new potatoes with garlic and dill warm with a glass of cold beer.

Enjoy!
