How to make
The duck hearts are carefully cleaned. The excess fat is cut from them, they are cut in half, but not all the way through and they are soaked overnight in milk.
The next day, the hearts are strained from the milk. The products for the marinade are mixed and beaten, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Pour the marinade over the hearts and leave them in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours.
The marinated duck hearts are strung on wooden skewers and grilled on a heated grill until done on both sides.
The duck skewers are served with a side dish of your choice, but a cold beer is a must!
Cheers for the Grilled Marinated Duck Hearts!
